Jean-Erik seikkailee pohjoismaisen jazzin moderniin maailmaan etsimään grooven ja svengin salaisuutta.





Matkansa varrella hän kohtaa niin jykeviä bassoriffejä kuin hartaita harmonioitakin, jotka kuljettavat häntä pitkin monitasoisen rytmikästä polkua kohti viimeisiä turnajaisia. Sieltä selviytyessään löytää hän matkansa oikean merkityksen, ja lähtee käsissään jotain enemmän kuin oli tullut hakemaan.
