American drummer Kendrick Scott (b. 1980) makes a guest appearance with ensembles of Sibelius Academy jazz students.





Kendrick Scott is an alumnus of the Berklee College of Music in Boston and within a short space of time has worked with distinguished jazz performers such as Herbie Hancock, Pat Metheny, Joe Lovano, Kenny Garrett and Dianne Reeves. Kendrick released his first album with his band Oracle in 2007.

Sibelius-Akatemian jazzopiskelijoista kootut ensemblet saavat vieraakseen amerikkalaisrumpali Kendrick Scottin (s. 1980).





Bostonilaisen Berklee College of Musicin kasvatti  Kendrick Scott on ehtinyt työskennellä uransa aikana jo Herbie Hancockin, Pat Methenyn, Joe Lovanon, Kenny Garrettin ja Dianne Reevesin kaltaisten tunnettujen jazzartistien kanssa. Scott julkaisi ensimmäisen levynsä Oracle-yhtyeensä kanssa 2007.
