Alice Francis has become a star in a short time with her 30s-influenced music that mixes elements of jazz and hip hop with electronic pop. She has garnered comparisons to the likes of Alicia Keys, Macy Gray and Erykah Badu and her music videos have been watched millions of times on YouTube. Francis lists Josephine Baker, Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald as her most important influences and, indeed, with her style and wide vocal range, she can be regarded as a modern reincarnation of these legendary stars.

Muutamassa vuodessa maailmalla laajaan suosioon noussut Alice Francis hallitsee jazz- ja hiphop-sävyisen ja 30-luvun swingin makuisen elektronisen popmusiikin. Alicia Keysiin, Macy Grayhin ja Erykah Baduun verrattu Alice Francis esiintyy ensimmäistä kertaa Suomessa, Savoy-teatterissa vappuaattona 30.4.2017.
Alice Francisin kappaleita on katsottu YouTubessa miljoonia kertoja. Suosituimpiin lukeutuvat "Shoot Him Down" 6,3 miljoonalla ja "St. James Ballroom" 2,4 miljoonalla katselulla. Tärkeimpinä vaikuttajinaan laulaja Miss Francis pitää Josephine Bakeria, Billie Holidayta ja Ella Fitzgeraldia. Laulaja voidaankin nähdä modernina versiona näistä legendaarisista artisteista tyyleineen ja monipuolisine äänialoineen.
Tansanialais-romanialaisen laulajan lisäksi yhtyeeseen kuuluvat saksalainen tuottaja Mr. Goldielocks ja korealainen kosketinsoittaja-taustalaulaja Sir Chul-Min Yoo. Savoy-teatterin keikan kokoonpanoon kuuluvat lisäksi rumpali ja basisti. Parhaillaan yhtye valmistelee keväällä 2017 ilmestyvää Electric Shock -albumia. Levy viimeistellään legendaarisella Sterling Sound -studiolla New Yorkissa, jossa on tehty muun muassa Adelen, Rihannan ja Beyoncén levyjä. Uudella levyllään yhtye ponnistaa 20–30-luvun kulttuurista swingeineen ja tyyleineen lähemmäs nykyaikaista digitaalista soundia.
Vuonna 2012 julkaistun ensimmäisen levyn jälkeinen kolmivuotinen maailmankiertue vei Alice Francisin eri puolille Eurooppaa, Kanadaa ja Venäjää. Keväällä ja kesällä 2017 yhtye kiertää jälleen maailmaa uuden levynsä tiimoilta.
